Solis Mammography is looking for an Art Director who will be instrumental in leading, defining, and owning our visual brand presence as we grow across multiple national markets. You will actively guide and manage the design and visual direction of integrated campaigns, digital and social media, sales and brand collateral, email marketing, advertising and new center launch deliverables. And you’ll function as our creative brand story visionary by embodying our vision and woman-centric mission. The ideal candidate will have a powerful combination of strong leadership abilities, conceptual talent and consumer branding experience. You will know when to nurture – and disrupt – the visual expression of our brand. And, you will feel equally at home in digital, traditional and video/motion design.

RESULTS MEASURED BY THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the visual brand experience for Solis Mammography and our sister brand, Washington Radiology. Take direct and demonstrable ownership of the brand design function.
  • Design compelling brand and marketing materials across a broad spectrum of activities: social media, infographics, collateral, digital landing pages, email and ads, signage and experiential graphics, direct mail, presentations, brand books, e-books and more
  • Create video from original or existing footage, crafting pieces to share information and drive engagement with our consumer and B2B audiences. Work with outside partners as necessary to deliver against expectations.
  • Have a strong understanding of how to build a digital storytelling ecosystem. And, how to design native content for all social media platforms.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and brand tools consistent across all channels and platforms.
  • Participate in and be a driving force in the conceptual ideation of campaigns and visual strategies. Anticipate the future by planning for project volume and workflow needs.
  • Own all phases of creative production – from concept to execution to delivery – while working collaboratively with marketing team members and external partners
  • Be a collaborative partner with the marketing team and be inspired by its co-creation ethos. And have the ability to work cross-functionally to serve the needs of other business units.

Job Requirements

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in design
  • 5 – 10 years of design and video experience, preferably with an agency
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing applications
  • Strong leadership and brand management skills
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A portfolio of work in digital, traditional and video/motion design
  • Experience marketing to women preferred but not required
