Drive the sourcing of new business introductions with identified hospital partners and acquisition targets in highly sought after metropolitan areas. Lead development and relationship efforts with new partners from prospecting to new center delivery. Will manage each opportunity through Solis’s deal flow process, lead projects cross-functionally in partnership with recognized integration team leads and document actions inside Solis’s identified CRM tool.  Will be responsible for delivering annual new business development goals, current fiscal development targets and assist Solis in achieving the annual enterprise budget.   Primary drivers of incremental growth are through three primary sources: hospital system joint ventures, de novo centers, and acquisition of breast centers. Focus to be placed on identifying hospital system partners that Solis can partner with to joint venture multiple breast centers in attractive markets to allow for good market coverage.

RESULTS MEASURED BY THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain consultative development relationships at target hospitals systems, hospital companies and medical groups within the C-level, including, but not limited to, hospital CEO’s, Chief Medical Officers, and Development Officers;
  • Plan and execute growth activities, including the development of key target account strategies and the coordination of internal resources to implement those strategies;
  • Collaborate with the CDO and senior team daily ensuring key communication is being reported to the teams ensuring incremental growth targets materialize;
  • Leverage Solis’s deal flow process and named leadership to assist with unique business requirements of each potential partner/client;
  • Work with Solis’ business development operations, clinical and financial staff to analyze the key clinical service and financial metrics to negotiate contracts which meet the potential needs and financial goals of the Company and its potential partner. Participate in contract negotiations in partnership with identified legal and M&A resources;
  • Work with the Solis partners, project management office and operations team to help implement new partnership and acquisition deals;
  • In coordination with the medical and operations team, maintain contacts with joint venture partners to ensure their expectations are being met accordingly;
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise, including trends, economics, and competitors within the women’s health industry;
  • Develop presentation strategies and represent Solis at key regional and national medical meetings and trade shows where mammogram services are discussed and presented;
  • Oversee the efforts of future regional development professionals;
  • Develop, maintain, and espouse an intimate knowledge of the Company’s services, goals, and values.

 

Job Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An accomplished sales executive who is driven to develop new relationships and achieve success in an increasingly competitive environment;
  • An ability to understand both the clinical and financial metrics of the breast screening industry, and to use that knowledge to negotiate contractual agreements that benefit both the partners and Solis;
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to travel extensively;
  • Interest and ability to contribute management expertise and experience to a growing organization;
  • Strong belief in the Company’s services and desire to serve as one of its key external representatives
